Approval Flows
Approval flows determine how a draft becomes trusted team guidance and who is responsible for that transition.
Approval does not have to mean a heavy committee process.
The important thing is that teams have a clear, repeatable way to move a decision from draft to accepted guidance. That usually includes:
- a documented owner
- appropriate reviewers
- explicit publish or acceptance steps
- revision history when the record changes
